Information We Collect
Account and profile data. When you create a Yeja Studios account, we collect your email address, name, and any profile details you add (avatar, bio, verification documents) via our authentication provider, Supabase.
Content you upload. Artwork files, metadata, descriptions, and any other content you upload to My Studio, Art Board, Auctions, Commissions, or Fundraisers.
Payment information. If you make or receive a payment on Yeja Studios, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number or bank details — Stripe shares only what's needed to process the transaction and prevent fraud.
Usage data. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected for security and platform reliability.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the platform — authentication, file storage, galleries, bidding, commissions, and fundraising.
- To process payments and payouts via Stripe.
- To verify identity where required (minting, payment accounts, auctions, and fundraisers require additional verification).
- To communicate with you about your account, transactions, or platform updates.
- To improve and secure the platform.
Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third parties to operate Yeja Studios, each of which processes a limited scope of your data on our behalf:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
- Stripe — payment processing, identity verification, and fraud detection.
- OpenRouter, Groq, and Anthropic — power certain AI-assisted features on the platform. These providers may process text you submit to those specific features; they do not have access to your account, files, or payment data beyond what's needed for that individual request.
Your Rights
You can request an export of your account data, or request deletion of your account and associated content, at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
Data Deletion and Retention
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Data & Privacy → Delete My Account. Deletion is self-service, requires an explicit confirmation, and cannot be undone. Before deleting, you can download a copy of your data from the same section.
When you delete your account, your profile is anonymized and your login is permanently disabled, so you can no longer sign in.
Purely personal content is permanently removed — studio drafts, pinned and unsold work, your timeline, likes and favorites, your personal contact book, and notifications.
Content you shared with others is kept but disassociated from you. Forum threads and replies, gallery conversations, and campaigns you created remain, so other people's contributions and conversations aren't destroyed — but they are no longer linked to your identity.
Financial, transaction, and legal records are retained for up to 7 years where required by law (for example, tax recordkeeping rules). This includes orders, wallet and escrow history, payment references, signed auction documents, and identity-verification documents. These records are eligible for deletion after the retention period.
If you want your data deleted but cannot access your account, contact us and we will process the request.
